Air I chose this picture to represent air because of the wind's power contrasting with the purity of the air. In certain places, Natalie's hair is windswept backwards by a seemingly powerful gust; however, the purity is symbolic of the purity of simple air. Additionally, Natalie's smeared make up makes it appear as though the wind is against her. The cut-outs in her hair defy gravity's nature to pull it down. In conclusion, I chose this picture for its multiple representations of air.

Tom: Your hair kind of reminds me of a fish. I like how you took a risk by doing Air which is most likely the hardest one to pull off. I dont really know how i feel about this picture. I like it but then again im not a fan.

I agree with Tommy that your - keep in mind this is YOU - hair looks like an angel fish. I don't really like it since it strikes me as more weird than anything. It seems like something that's no fun to do.
I'm not completely sold on how it fits the theme, either. I do agree that Air is the hardest to do and taking risks is something that's always a good idea. I am totally with Tommy here - I'm not completely sure what to make of it.

Sonam: I think this is very unique. Very artistic.. The air was the hardest one and I can see the Air element from your hair.. It's very subtle..

Natalie, I love the risk that you took here. I think that this is a very good high fashion shot, incredibly artistic, and your explanation really helped me to see the air element present in this photo. Well done!
